A clearer route
from social
to player.

A proposed 90-day programme connecting recognisable creative, daily social management and measurable journeys into BK8. This proposal sets out the starting scope, relevant work and the decisions needed to launch.

Our recommendation

Start with a consistent identity and an X programme built around BK8’s priority audience. Establish the baseline, test the content, then add channels where the evidence supports them.

90-day proposed programmeView investment ↗

One connected
growth programme.

Recognisable content brings people in. Clear destinations and consistent follow-through give that attention a purpose.

1

Give the feed a recognisable identity

Build a small set of repeatable formats around BK8’s approved brand assets. Match-day posts, product stories and community prompts should feel connected while giving each format a clear job.

2

Give attention somewhere useful to go

Connect each campaign to the right product page or community destination. Use tagged links and agreed events so that visits can be followed beyond the social platform.

3

Expand from evidence

Prioritise the target market and strongest channel first. Introduce short-form video or a managed community when the audience, approvals and operational support are in place.

What we will validate with BK8

The correct market, product surface and official accounts. Existing content performance, response coverage, creator activity and conversion tracking. These are discovery questions, rather than claims that BK8 has no presence or activity today.

Selected Legendz.io examples show the creative approach we can bring to BK8. Published posts and motion studies are labelled separately.

Community management in practice

What sits behind the member count

M3TA’s published Fliff case describes building a Discord from zero through community management and influencer-led growth. It records 10,000 members, 16,000 competition entries and a 97% US audience. Daily management gives those members a place to share picks, talk strategy and take part in events.

The starting scope.
Room to expand.

We recommend beginning with the identity and X programme, then agreeing the case for each additional channel. The final production schedule is set before kickoff.

BK8

Built around BK8’s own identity

The first creative direction will use BK8’s supplied brand pack. Legendz examples illustrate our production approach; BK8 concepts and historical client work will remain clearly distinguished.

The first
90 days.

A proposed sequence from setup to an evidence-based review. Launch timing depends on access, approved scope and feedback.

Days 1–30

Establish the foundation

Confirm the audience, channels and scope. Audit the correct accounts, agree the creative direction, configure tracking and launch the first content calendar.

What you receive

Baseline report, working templates and the first publishing cycle.

Days 31–60

Test the formats

Compare content themes, creative treatments and calls to action. Review audience response alongside tracked traffic and any available registration data.

What you receive

A format review and a decision on the next channel or campaign test.

Days 61–90

Refine the programme

Put more effort into the strongest repeatable formats. Review the journey beyond the click and agree the next quarter’s scope from the observed results.

What you receive

A 90-day review, recommendations and the next-quarter plan.

Working rhythm: a shared content calendar, an agreed approval route, weekly check-ins and a monthly review. Targets follow the initial baseline.

Follow the journey
beyond the post.

Report attention and activity alongside the available business outcomes. A social impression and an attributable first-time deposit are different measures.

Agree the scope.
Build the first cycle.

A focused scope discussion gives us what we need to turn this proposal into the final delivery agreement.

  1. Priority market, audience and BK8 product surface
  2. Starting channels and the monthly production schedule
  3. Final commercial scope, term and separate campaign budgets
  4. Brand assets, account access and approval owner
  5. Tracking access, baseline and measurable targets
